Mapping & Needs Assessment

A crucial part of the VOICE project is a comprehensive analysis to understand the current landscape. This mapping process allows us to identify the real needs of Ukrainian refugees and the existing resources in host communities, ensuring that our actions are relevant, effective, and impactful.

Understanding the Challenges

Our primary goal is to conduct a thorough needs assessment. We engage directly with refugee communities to identify their skills, professional experiences, and the specific barriers they face in the labour market and social integration. This direct feedback is essential to tailor our training modules to real-world requirements.

Identifying Opportunities

Simultaneously, we map existing social innovation initiatives, support networks, and local companies that can offer opportunities. By understanding the ecosystem of support, we can create synergies, avoid duplicating efforts, and build strong partnerships that facilitate both the economic and social integration of the project participants.
